We want you to be completely satisfied with your hardware purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of the delivery date, subject to the conditions listed below.
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@virtechify.online to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.

If an item is returned opened (but unused) or if the packaging is damaged, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. This fee covers the cost of inspecting, repackaging, and testing the unit.
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
Once we receive your return and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (or provided as store credit for quotes paid via invoice) within 5-10 business days.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
